Instructions for use  

Molyslip MSO emulsions are compatible with most water types containing up to 400 ppm CaCO3 hardness; however, optimal results are achieved when using water with a hardness of less than 250 ppm CaCO3. In regions with very hard water, it is recommended to prepare the initial emulsion using tap water and utilize deionized water for subsequent topping up due to evaporation or drag out. 

For proper mixing and emulsion formation, add the required amount of concentrate to the water while stirring continuously. Prior to introducing Molyslip MSO emulsion into the system, it is highly advisable to thoroughly clean the equipment with a proprietary machine tool system cleaner, such as Troyshield FF5, to eliminate any residual biological contamination. 

Storage  

Store Molyslip MSO out of direct sunlight. Optimum temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C.
