Features on the item:

Allows the nesting of one holesaw inside another for concentric enlarging of existing holes.
Using your larger holesaw attached to your Arbor, simply replace the Arbor pilot drill with this hole enlarging adapter – any smaller size of holesaw can then be nested inside.
Double threaded adaptor to accept any size of holesaw from 14mm to 210mm.
Steel construction for strength.
