Shipping Overview

Due to the high volume of parcels we ship we have negotiated special rates with our couriers. We have many international customers, recent destinations have included: United States, EU, Japan, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Brazil, Canada, Scandanavia, Belarus, Peru and Cyprus. As a basic guide depending on the weight and size and destination of your consignment we will ship according to the following rules.

  1. In the UK: We would generally ship parcels of less than 1.5 Kg using the Royal Mail, parcels of between 1.5 Kg and 70 Kg are generally shipped via parcel line were every parcel can be tracked online and is insured.
  2. In the EU we will generally ship via parceline (dpd) occasionally via UPS depending on the destination.
  3. Outside the EU: We would use Parcelforce as our first choice, we also use UPS depending on the destination.
  4. If buying from the uk, if the item is very small and light, the charge is only £2.95 it will be posted royal mail, if you find that your postage charge is £5.95 it may be possible to add goods without effecting your postage cost, this is the minimum charge from the couriers, if this is the case the goods will be placed on a next day service (excluding saturday/sunday) at no extra cost.
  5. If overseas please try to group you items as it is always cheaper to send a combined parcel rather than several parcels.
