| Shipping And HandlingDue to the volume of parcels we ship we have negotiated special rates with our couriers. We have many international customers, recent destinations have included: United States, EU, Japan, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Brazil, Canada, Scandanavia, Belarus, Peru and Cyprus. As a basic guide depending on the weight and size and destination of your consignment we will ship according to the following rules. 1. In the UK: We would generally ship parcels of less than 1.5 Kg using the Royal Mail, parcels of between 1.5 Kg and 70 Kg are generally shipped via parcel line on a next / 2 day service (uk only). Parcels over 70 Kg are also shipped by parcelline but on a 3 day service. We can ship upto 4 ton whithin the uk, Please email for details.2. In the EU we will generally ship via royalmail or parcelline depending upon weight, 3. Outside the EU: We would use Parcelforce as our first choice, we also use parcelline depending on the destination. |
| Delivery ScheduleProvided your goods are in stock, we aim to process and ship the same day. We ship via parcelline at 4 PM Monday to Friday, and every evening with the Royal Mail, Parcelforce, ANC generally pickup every afternoon. If your consignment misses these cut-offs it will ship the following working day.In the UK you can expect to recieve the goods whithin 1-2 working days. For shipments outside the UK contact us for more precise information, typically 3 to 5 days in the EU and 7 to 12 days in the US (via Airmail).
